Shipping Policy
1. Order Processing Time All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. Please note that during high-volume sales, launches, or holidays, processing times may be slightly delayed.
2. Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on your location and the weight of your package.
Standard Delivery: Estimated 3 to 7 business days.
Express Delivery: Estimated 1 to 3 business days (if applicable).
Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to extreme weather, courier issues, or public holidays. Adored Air is not responsible for delays outside of our control.
3. Order Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to become active in the courier's system.

5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes Adored Air is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping (tariffs, taxes, duties, etc.) are the sole responsibility of the customer.
6. Incorrect Shipping Addresses Customers are responsible for ensuring they have entered a correct and complete delivery address. Adored Air is not responsible for packages that are lost, returned, or delayed due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for the redelivery shipping cost.
7. Damaged or Lost Packages If your order arrives damaged, please save all packaging materials and damaged goods, and contact us within 48 hours with photos or an unboxing video. If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please contact the courier directly using your tracking number, and then reach out to our support team so we can assist you.
