Refund and Return Policy

1. Return Window We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

2. Eligibility for Returns To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it:

  • Unused and unopened.

  • In its original packaging with all seals intact.

  • You must also have the receipt or proof of purchase.

3. Non-Returnable Items Certain types of items cannot be returned. We do not accept returns for:

  • Products that have been opened, tested, or used.

6. Damages and Issues Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

8. Shipping Costs You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of original shipping will be deducted from your refund.
